SHIPPING & COLLECTION POLICY

1. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking is provided:

  • Responsibility transfers to the courier

  • Ukiyo Market is not liable for:

    • Delays

    • Loss

    • Transit damage

Incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer void eligibility for refunds or replacements.


2. Defects & Damages

Buyers must report defects within 24 hours of receipt, with:

  • Clear photo/video evidence

  • Original packaging visible

The following do not qualify as defects:

  • Minor imperfections

  • Wear from usage

  • Subjective dissatisfaction

Approved cases are resolved at Ukiyo Market’s discretion via:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit (if applicable)


3. Collection / Meet-Up Policy

  • Collection details are confirmed after full payment

  • If a buyer reschedules or cancels two (2) times, the order:

    • Converts to delivery

    • Incurs a $3.80 delivery fee

  • Failure to arrange delivery within 7 days may result in order forfeiture without refund


4. Delivery Insurance (Optional)

Shipping insurance may be offered separately. If declined, courier-related losses are borne by the buyer.
