Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, before the scoop has been conducted.

Once a scoop has been performed or recorded, the order is strictly non-refundable.

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with items received

• Failure to obtain desired rarity

• Misunderstanding of the scoop system

• Missed live sessions

3. Approved Refunds

• Approved refunds (if any) are processed via the original payment method only

• Platform and transaction fees are non-refundable

• Discounts, vouchers, and promotional credits are not refunded

4. Chargebacks

Buyers agree not to initiate chargebacks for:

• Randomized outcomes

• Preferred item requests not fulfilled

• Rarity dissatisfaction
