Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayNow, PayLah, Bank Transfer, and Cash (meetups only). Orders are processed after full payment is verified.
Q: Where are the collection points?
A: Collection points are confirmed after payment based on your selected option. If a meet-up is cancelled/rescheduled twice, the order will be converted to delivery with a $3.80 delivery fee.
Q: How much is doorstep delivery?
A: Doorstep delivery is $3.80 (flat rate). Delivery fees are non-refundable once the parcel is shipped. Tracking is provided.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photo/video proof (including packaging). Approved cases will be resolved via replacement (if available), store credit, or partial refund.
Q: What if the courier loses or delays my parcel?
A: Once shipped with tracking, courier delays/loss/damage are handled by the courier. We’ll assist with tracking where possible, but we are not liable for courier failures.
Q: Are the items exactly like the photos?
A: Product photos are for style reference. Colors and minor details may vary slightly by batch/lighting. This does not qualify as a defect.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Unfortunately, we only ship within Singapore for now. We hope to expand to other locations in the future.
Scoops-Related Q&A
Q: What if I want items in the Rare/Legendary category?
A: Rare/Legendary items cannot be requested or chosen. They are randomly obtained only through the scoop outcome. If you want a higher chance, choose a higher-tier scoop (if available). Rare/Legendary is never guaranteed.
Q: Can I choose my items?
A: You may request up to 2 preferred items from the Common/Uncommon categories only, after payment. Requests are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability. To keep it fair, 1 random item from the same category is removed per request.
Q: Can I exchange items?
A: No. Due to the random nature of scoops, no exchanges are allowed once the scoop is completed.
Q: How many items will I get per scoop?
A: Each scoop contains a fixed number of items (stated for each scoop tier). If you request preferred items, the total item count stays the same: items are swapped, not added. Ala carte items can be purchased on the site, subject to availability.
Q: Will you reveal what’s inside before shipping?
A: Your scoop outcome will be recorded for transparency. Custom packing videos can be sent via your social media if requested. Once the scoop is completed, the results are final.
Q: How do you ensure fairness?
A: Scoops are conducted randomly and recorded. Preferred requests (Common/Uncommon only) are handled by swapping—1 random item is removed per request from the same category to maintain fairness.
Q: Can I cancel after payment?
A: Cancellations are only possible before the scoop is conducted. After the scoop, cancellation is not allowed.
